IGP is a fun and difficult sport. When I first began training in the sport, I thought it would be an hour or so a day working on some obedience in the backyard. IGP is truly a lifestyle. Within this lifestyle you will spend your vacations, money, and time on it. It will become your passion or you will quit. That simple.
For those of us who stay training and competing in the sport, it becomes part of us. When we try and explain to our friends at our workplace (that is not a dog-related industry) about our sport they just-don’t-get-it.
